About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to people, helping them achieve their goals and increase their independence.

Your duties including:

• Assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting community access and social participation
• Building participant capacity, confidence, and independence
• Working towards participant goals and outcomes
• Completing professional progress notes and documentation
• Collaborating with families, guardians, and allied professionals

About You

You are reliable, compassionate, professional, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Aged Care, Mental Health, or a related field OR demonstrated industry experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community services

Working Location

Our head office is located in Benalla, with supports delivered throughout Benalla, Wangaratta, and (Soon) Mansfield.
